A Good Workout With No Equipment?

I’m conditioning for soccer as well as I’m seeking for the examination which doesn’t need me to buy any equipment. we do already have the lift up bar. we need to work out legs, chest, stomach, as well as arms. Help plz!

Pushups, lunges, situps.

regular push ups strengthen your chest and arms, if you bring your knees up to your chest one at a time and crunch your stomach while your knees go up to your chest, it helps your legs and abs, lunges also help your thighs a lot, do at least 30 of each a few times a day you will have good results hope it helps ;D
